Allentown Jets

The Jets won eight Eastern Basketball Association titles between 1962 and 1976, including back-to-back championships in 1962-63 and 1975-76. While Allentown had hosted minor league basketball since the 1940s, the Jets joined the Eastern Professional Basketball League in 1958, finishing last with a 6-22 record. Playing out of Rockne Hall, the franchise would later develop into a perennial EBA power. The Jets became one of the original members of the Continental Basketball Association in 1977.
